Cancellation Policy:
For stays under 30 days:
Full refund* if cancelled up to 30 days before check-in date.
Partial refund* from 7-30 days prior to check in date.
Within 7 days of check-in, stay is non-refundable.

For stays 30 days and over:
Full refund* up to 30 days before check-in.
After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
