While the gated patio space is technically shared, your outdoor seating area is just for you. Other guests may occasionally pass through the walkway to access Victoria Avenue, but they won’t be using your patio furniture or lingering in your space.

🚪 Keypad entry makes check-in smooth and flexible—codes will be sent before arrival.
🚶♀️ The outdoor area is shared as a walkway, but your seating space is just for you—other guests are asked not to linger near the patio furniture outside your suite.
🔈 While Belleville’s nightlife is quiet, this is a heritage building, and some sound from the upstairs unit (like footsteps) may carry.
🤫 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.
