We're so excited to host you! To ensure everyone has a relaxing, respectful, and memorable stay, we ask that all guests follow these simple house rules:

🔑 Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Late check-outs must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.

🛌 Suite Care & Cleanliness
Please treat the suite with the same care you would your own home.
Let us know right away if something breaks or isn’t working—we’re happy to help.
Dishes should be washed or placed in the dishwasher and started before departure (soap is provided).
Garbage and recycling should be placed in the outdoor bins before checkout.

🧘‍♀️ Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please be mindful of noise, especially in shared outdoor areas.

🎉 No Parties or Events
We do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings.
Our suites are intended for peaceful getaways and restful stays.

🐾 Pets
Well-behaved pets are welcome in designated pet-friendly suites.
Please review our Pet-Friendly Protocols before arrival.
Pet fees apply and must be arranged in advance.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Smoking is not permitted inside the suite or on balconies or patio areas.
If you smoke outside, please do so only in the designated parking lot area and dispose of butts properly.

🚗 Parking
One parking space is included per reservation.
Additional spots are available for $15/night—please reserve in advance.
Do not park in unassigned or city-owned spaces (including the asphalt lot beside The Cat’s Meow Salon), as this could result in a ticket.

🧽 Before You Leave
You don’t have to make the beds, just place towels in the hampers or shower.
Return the Ontario Parks Pass and any borrowed items.
Double-check that all doors and gates are locked.

Here’s what you’ll have access to during your stay:
🏠 The entire 2-bedroom apartment—yours to enjoy, no shared interior spaces
☀️ A designated portion of the gated, covered patio, perfect for dining or relaxing outdoors
🚗 One free parking space in the lot behind the building
🅿️ Need extra parking? Additional spots available for $15/night (based on availability—just let us know in advance!)

While the gated patio space is technically shared, your outdoor seating area is just for you. Other guests may occasionally pass through the walkway to access Victoria Avenue, but they won’t be using your patio furniture or lingering in your space.

Enjoy coming and going at your own pace, whether you're heading downtown for dinner or sipping coffee outside in the fresh morning air. This is your home base for a relaxing and memorable stay. 🌿
